Gabrielle (Gabby) completed her Bachelor of Biokinetics (Hons) at the University of Johannesburg where she gained a strong foundation in human anatomy, physiology and exercise science. She is also registered with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as well as the Biokinetics Association of South Africa (BASA). During her studies she completed her work integrated learning for 2 years under Kerry’s mentorship.
Gabrielle is currently situated in Cape Town and appreciates seeing a diversity of orthopaedic, wellness and chronic patients. She has a special interest in neurological, special populations and chronic management and rehabilitation. Her approach is rooted in compassion and hard work, and she believes in the power of movement to transform lives and wants to enable individuals to overcome their health challenges and optimise their physical potential. She is committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes positive change.
Outside of her professional journey, she enjoys outdoor activities in nature such as hiking and she also enjoys the gym, cycling and social sporting activities. She believes that a balanced life is key to living a happy life.
